	Tommaso Tomba - graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1974, he is an accountant and statutory auditor since 1976. Founder of the Associated Office in 1984, he carries on his professional activities preferably in the field of tax and corporate consultancy, both national and international, and in the consultancy and assistance for extraordinary operations. He is an external Administrator and Mayor of important industrial and commercial companies, plus, he is also a Liquidator, an insolvency Administrator and a Consultant of the Court.

	Monica Marisaldi – with an Accountancy High school Degree in 1978, she is an accountant and statutory auditor since 1981. Founder of the Firm in 1984, she carries on her professional activities preferably in the field of business consulting, both in Italy and abroad. She is a Statutory Auditor of major industrial and commercial companies, a Consultant of the Court and the Court of Appeal of Bologna, Insolvency Administrator and Liquidator. She was member of the Board of the College of Accountants of Bologna and the Executive Council of the Foundation of Certified Public Accountants and expertise of Bologna. She is also a member of the committees within the Order of Certified Public Accountants of Bologna.

	Simone Mancini – Graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1999, he is an accountant and statutory auditor since 2003. He carries on his professional activities preferably as company consultant and as support of managing direction; he also operates as tax and corporate consultant, consultant for M&A operations and in business restructuring operations. He is a Statutory Auditor of major industrial, commercial and services companies. Since 2013 he is encharged as President of the "Committee of Business Management and Cost Controlling" and he is also member of the "Committee IT and Web Site" whitin "Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili" of Bologna.
